I run conferences, my most recent in Scottsdale, AZ and Bruce Brown Catering was recommended to me as the best caterer in the area. So, I contacted him and after some chats and emails, we decided upon a menu for 2 buffet breakfasts, a buffet lunch and some afternoon snacks. Not only was the presentation artful (they even brought vases of beautiful flowers!) but the food was absolutely wonderful and the price was absolutely appropriate. All the attendees and exhibitors were given Evaluation Forms before they left, and every single one commented on the quality of the food. Some said it was the best food they had ever had at any conference! So, Bravo to Bruce Brown! I will certainly use him any time I'm in the area, and recommend him highly!
