COVID-19 Preparations and Safety Protocols
We have been following the guidelines provided by the CDC very carefully and have been meeting with top catering companies, on a regular basis to unite our procedures.
As a catering company, we are continuing to follow the Health Department and their policies for food safety and disinfectant, allowing us to maintain our A+ rating for 20 years. And as such, we have implemented practices to enhance the safety of our clients and our employees.
Moving forward, our staff will be wearing gloves, masks and providing sanitizer for our employees. Staff temperatures are being checked upon shift arrival. We will also have a hand washing station for our employees onsite. Additionally, custom made Plexiglass sneeze guards are available. Food stations and buffets will be served by a Bruce Brown Catering staff member. Appetizers and desserts will be individualized to avoid cross contamination. Each event will be assessed accordingly per type and number of guests to ensure the highest safety protocols.
Room floor plans and setup will be discussed with clients when booking their said event.
Bruce Brown Catering will continue to update safety policies and procedures to conform to industry standards.
